The product is designed to issue loans to large and medium-sized businesses within of master agreements. The master agreement is an analogue of a credit card for a physical person. It has a limit of funds that can be used by the borrower.
Constant product work was carried out to improve the product for the bank's customers, including improving the user experience, expanding functionality, etc.
As a product designer, in my work I relied on improving the main product metrics:

I was the only product designer. The team worked with me to improve the product: product analysts, fronteend and backend developers, testers. Product manager headed the team. Adaptive for mobile devices is designed by another team, after the realization and testing of changes or new functionality by our team for the web version of the product.

Since the "Online Solutions" section is part of one system, I used an existing design system, and this significantly saved our time. I only participated in improving the design system when it was necessary.

After all the planned functionality has implemented, we launched a survey of users in order to find out their satisfaction with the new tool. The result exceeded all my expectations and I received hundreds of enthusiastic feedback.
